Cassia trees are known for their display of delightfully showy, bright yellow flowers. cassia surattensis ("Scrambled Egg Tree") are incredibly beautiful in full bloom, and they make perfect small-space trees.

Light: Full sun to light shade of forest canopy when young
Soil: It will grow on a wide variety of well-drained soils. It doesn’t like overly wet soils.
Watering: It has good drought tolerance once established, so minimal watering is needed for survival in dry spells. As with most plants, though, ample irrigation in droughts keeps it healthier and looking better.
